The tour guide explained Vietnamese history very clearly and demonstrated a deep understanding of the region's historical background. Through many true stories, we learned about the changes Vietnam underwent during wartime. Each attraction was highlighted, and the guide even personally demonstrated how to cut open a coconut, which was eye-opening and showed us how valuable a coconut is. Overall, it was excellent.
Our tour guide, Bao, was very dedicated and responsible. He provided detailed explanations and arranged the itinerary appropriately. The company seemed quite large, and they arranged pick-up and drop-off in the first district or the city center. The entire trip was very cost-effective!
For less than 2000 yen, the plan included hotel pick-up (though limited in scope) (even without the pick-up, the office is right next to Ben Thanh Market, so you can use your time productively until the last minute), a round trip of about 50 kilometers, and of course the entrance fee to the Cu Chi Tunnels. I didn't understand English or Vietnamese, but the person speaking spoke so clearly that my voice was easily picked up by the translation app, so I had no complaints. There were some toilet breaks and merchandise stalls along the way, which was a nice touch, but there was no pressure to buy, so don't worry.
The tour guide was very nice, and the trip was definitely worthwhile. Ak seems to be on the verge of collapse.
