• You may not be able to participate in this plan if you have the following symptoms or underlying medical conditions. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. Those who have applicable items on the Medical History Declaration Form. (If you have applicable items on the day of participation, you will be refused participation and a 100% cancellation charge will be applied.) - Respiratory and lung diseases (asthma, emphysema, pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.) - Epilepsy - Insulin-dependent diabetes - Heart disease, etc. Those who are 60 years old or above on the day of participation and do not have a medical certificate stating that there is no problem with diving. Other special notes:

• Due to the risk of decompression sickness, boarding an airplane within 18 hours after diving is prohibited. If it is discovered that you are scheduled to board an airplane on the day of diving, we will refuse to provide the service. Conditions for operating the boat course If there is a risk that the wave height will clearly exceed 3.0m while navigating to the operating site (point), or if it already exceeds 3.0m, the destination may be changed to a point where the tour can be operated. Please note that in that case, the price will be the price of the changed destination. Also, if it is judged that the sea conditions are poor before departure, the tour will not be operated. The judgment of sea conditions will be made by the captain or the instructor in charge. As the boat used is a shared boat, it will depart if there are 4 or more passengers. Please note that it cannot depart if there are 3 or fewer passengers. Please note that the point may be changed due to poor sea conditions or insufficient number of people. If diving cannot be performed due to poor sea conditions, we will accommodate you by changing to beach diving or changing the date indefinitely. *Participation will be refused for the following customers: Those who are more than 10 minutes late for the meeting time. (Proof required) If there is no proof, we will charge the regular cancellation fee. (You can obtain a certificate at the arrival airport counter or on the website of the airline you are using.) If you were unable to board due to oversleeping or being late, we will charge the regular cancellation fee.
