- iOS 12.1 or later is required. Please note: iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini, 12 mini, SE 2020, and XS support eSIM.
- Dial *#06# on your phone to check for eSIM support. If an EID is displayed, your device supports eSIM; if not, it does not.
- Please note that Internet speed may be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, number of users, and weather conditions.
- If your location or phone does not support 5G, it will automatically switch to 4G/3G signals. Actual network speed depends on local signal strength.
Reminders
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the QR code has been scanned and the order is downloaded.
eSIM installation requires an Internet connection. Please install it while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network or mobile data (some airport Wi-Fi may cause installation failure).
Each QR code can be scanned once. It can be scanned repeatedly on the same device, but once bound, the eSIM cannot be transferred to another device or deleted.
Please scan and install the eSIM only after arriving at your destination to avoid activating the validity period early.
iOS 12.1 or later is required. Please note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS feature eSIM capabilities.
Samsung phone compatibility varies by country. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other regions, please check the official Samsung website first.

After booking, you will receive an email titled 'Your eSIM is ready' containing the latest installation time and instructions.
How to install:
iOS: Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan > Scan QR code > Add Cellular Plan
Android: Settings > Network & Internet (Connections) > SIM Manager > Add eSIM (Add Cellular Plan) > Scan QR code
Activation steps:
1. Upon arrival at your destination, turn off other SIM cards and enable only the eSIM and its data roaming.
2. Set the eSIM APN (usually identified automatically; if not, you will need to set it manually).
