Domestic flights:
Passengers without a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents can apply for a 'One-time Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents' (commonly known as a 'landing visa') at the Huangqi Port. The visa fee is CNY 40. Please pay on-site.
The Huangqi Port used for the Matsu Mini-Three-Links is an official port of entry. Foreign nationals with valid travel documents can travel to Mainland China via the Matsu Mini-Three-Links. For further inquiries, please contact the relevant units of the National Immigration Agency.
Passengers must arrive at the pier at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure date and time with valid travel documents to complete boarding procedures. Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure.
The ferry company reserves the right to make adjustments in the event of schedule changes or delays caused by weather or force majeure.
To maintain navigational safety, passengers are prohibited from bringing firearms, ammunition, flammable materials, drugs, or other dangerous items on board. Passengers shall bear full legal responsibility for any such actions.
[Mini-Three-Links Baggage Allowance] The free baggage allowance (including carry-on baggage) for each passenger is as follows: Holders of adult (full-fare) tickets are entitled to 27 kg of free baggage; holders of child (half-fare, 1-12 years old) tickets are entitled to 14 kg of free baggage; infants (0-1 year old) traveling on infant tickets have no free baggage allowance.
Excess baggage: If a passenger's checked baggage exceeds the free weight or volume allowance, it is considered excess baggage and an excess baggage fee must be paid. The free weight and volume allowance shall be deducted when calculating the fee.
Huangqi Route: The excess baggage fee for departures from Nangan and arrivals/departures from Beigan in Matsu is NT$10 per kilogram (any fraction of 1 kg is counted as 1 kg). However, as Nangan arrival operations require the use of a conveyor belt system, involving additional manpower and processing time, and to improve operational efficiency and fairly share costs, a separate excess baggage fee of NT$20 per kilogram has been set for Nangan arrivals (any fraction of 1 kg is counted as 1 kg).
