Eating and drinking (including hydration) are not permitted inside the exhibition rooms. Please keep plastic bottles or water bottles inside your bag. If you need to breastfeed, feed an infant, or hydrate for health reasons, please consult with staff.

Gallery AaMo is a non-smoking facility, including heated tobacco products. Please check here for the main smoking areas in Tokyo Dome City.

Strollers are allowed, but there is no stroller parking area.

This event may be filmed or covered by the media. Customers may appear in the footage, and the captured videos or photos may be used for promotional or news purposes.

Behavior that disturbs other customers or interferes with facility operations is strictly prohibited within the venue and premises. If you do not cooperate with staff instructions, you may be refused entry or asked to leave.

The Fluffy Wonder Cinnamoroll Park Executive Committee and related companies are not responsible for any accidents caused by customer negligence.

The following items are prohibited inside the venue: fire, hazardous materials, items with strong odors, large luggage (suitcases, carry-on bags, etc.), long items such as selfie sticks or tripods, items that may damage exhibits, and any other items deemed by staff to be a nuisance to other customers or a hindrance to safe operations.

If you have medically necessary equipment, please consult with the venue staff.

Re-entry is not permitted. Additionally, you cannot return to the attraction area from the gift shop.

Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian of junior high school age or older. Pets are not allowed (excluding guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs).

To prevent accidents and avoid disturbing neighbors, arriving the night before or early in the morning is strictly prohibited. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or trouble caused by arriving overnight or early in the morning.

You cannot enter the venue until the opening time. Please refrain from saving spots with luggage or sheets, or having someone wait on your behalf.

If you must leave your place in line, please inform those around you to prevent trouble.

When taking photos, please hold your smartphone or tablet in your own hands. For safety reasons, please do not place them on the floor or prop them up with your luggage.

Photography or publication for commercial purposes, copyright infringement, defamation, or any photography that disturbs other customers is prohibited.

When posting photos or videos on social media, please be mindful of privacy, such as by blurring faces if other customers or staff are visible.

Live streaming and photography inside the restrooms are prohibited at this event.

Even for items not listed here, if staff determine that an action is a nuisance or dangerous, they may request that you stop. If you do not cooperate, you may be refused entry or asked to leave.

The gift shop is only available to customers who have entered the event. Each person is limited to one transaction.

Resale of tickets or listing/selling them on auction sites is strictly prohibited. If we determine that a purchase is for resale purposes, we may contact you or refuse the sale.
