- If it is determined that safety cannot be ensured due to severe weather or other conditions, the experience will be cancelled. We ask for your understanding as we prioritize customer safety. In such cases, we will contact the representative via email and process a cancellation. Please note that no cancellation fee will be charged.
Notes for Participating in the Course:
- ・You cannot use the facility if your body temperature is 37.5°C or higher. ・Please be sure to check the consent form and ensure all participants agree to the content before booking. ・By completing your booking, you are considered to have agreed to the terms.
Other Special Notes:
- *The final time slot is only available from April to August. The 2-hour duration is the [total time you can stay at the facility], including sauna time and changing clothes. Please leave the facility once your time is up.

Parking is limited, so please carpool as much as possible.
Especially in winter when there is snow, parking for multiple vehicles is difficult, so we ask that you arrive with only one vehicle per group.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
