(2) Traffic restrictions or infrastructure failure: In the event that arrival at the meeting point or tour operation is difficult due to road closures caused by bad weather, waiting for snow removal, suspension or delay of public transportation, or other government-imposed traffic restrictions. Requirement for submission of proof: Cancellations due to force majeure will be judged based on our company's records (Japan Meteorological Agency data, public transport suspension information, etc.), but we may request the submission of proof related to your travel. In the case of cancellation by our company due to force majeure, no cancellation fee will be charged.

How to Use

A taxi driver will be waiting at the taxi stand at JR Shimamatsu Station holding a sign with the representative's name. A taxi will also pick you up after the experience ends. The taxi used for the outbound and return trips may be different.

How to Get There
You can arrive without changing trains by taking the 'Rapid Airport' train from Sapporo Station or New Chitose Airport Station. The travel time is approximately 22 minutes from Sapporo Station and approximately 21 minutes from New Chitose Airport Station. If you take a Rapid Airport train that does not stop between Kitahiroshima Station and Eniwa Station, please transfer to a local train at Kitahiroshima Station if traveling from the Sapporo area, or at Eniwa Station if traveling from the New Chitose Airport area.
