In the evening, ascend Mount Rokko to visit the unique 'Rokko Shidare' natural observation platform. On a clear day, enjoy the beautiful sunset reflecting over Osaka Bay. Stay after sunset to watch the city lights of Kobe and Osaka Bay gradually illuminate, revealing the famous sparkling night view of Mount Rokko.
