The snowmobile experience at Chiyoda Farm is an optional activity at your own expense. If there are too many people in line or the waiting time is too long, the itinerary may be flexibly adjusted to Shikisai-no-oka for the snowmobile experience to maintain the overall flow and quality of the trip. Thank you for your understanding.
Infants aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge, but it is not recommended to bring them along for safety reasons. If you do bring an infant, you must inform us at the time of booking. If you do not provide prior notice and there are no remaining seats on the day, the driver has the right to refuse boarding based on safety regulations. If an infant under 2 years old requires a seat, please purchase a full-price ticket and specify this. The ticket price for children aged 3 and above is the same as for adults.
If passengers have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, or are currently pregnant, or have other physical conditions unsuitable for intense stimulation, they are strictly prohibited from signing up for this experience. If a passenger intentionally conceals their health condition and insists on participating, all sudden consequences and legal liabilities that occur during the trip must be borne by the passenger themselves.
This day tour is a fixed-route shared group tour. All passengers must adhere to the stay duration at each attraction as arranged by the guide or driver. To protect the rights of all passengers, late arrivals will be waited for a maximum of 5 minutes; no exceptions. Those who fail to board on time must arrange their own transportation to the next stop to rejoin the group.
If you need to bring large suitcases, please register with customer service in advance when booking. During the trip, please keep your passport, cash, and valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Only light snacks in well-sealed packaging or drinks with lids are allowed on the bus. If the interior of the vehicle is soiled, passengers will be required to pay for cleaning in accordance with local Japanese vehicle cleaning standards.
Due to uncontrollable factors such as road conditions, weather changes, and holiday crowds, the arrival time and order of attractions may be adjusted accordingly. According to Japanese road traffic regulations, commercial vehicles cannot operate for more than 10 hours per day. In the event of force majeure such as Japanese national holidays or sudden traffic jams, resulting in delays, shortened visits, or partial cancellations of the itinerary, please be aware and understand. Passengers may not apply for refunds or compensation on these grounds.
During weekends, Japan's Golden Week, or national holidays, severe traffic congestion is very likely along the route to popular attractions. Travel time may be extended by 2 to 5 hours. It is strongly recommended that you leave ample buffer time when planning evening activities, restaurant reservations, or transportation transfers.
Please wear windproof and warm jackets, hats, gloves, and thick socks. Anti-slip snow boots/shoe covers are highly recommended; you may also bring heat packs. Illumination is subject to official schedules and may be adjusted or canceled due to weather/equipment; we will adjust the order or replace it with an equivalent attraction. For the Christmas Tree (surrounding private farmland), please take photos from the designated roadside; do not enter the snow field or use drones.
