🔹 Shared Tour [Joiner Tour] 🔹

  • Please be informed that the Shared Tour requires a minimum of 5 participants. If the minimum number is not met, you will receive a notification at least 2 days in advance to reschedule.
  • The Shared Tour is exclusively available every Monday - Friday.
  • Details about the driver and pick-up location will be provided one day before the tour.
  • Kindly ensure you are ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Please note that the driver will wait for a grace period of 10 minutes before proceeding to the next pick-up location.
  • Tour operators will not be responsible for guests not being able to join the tour if guests do not show up at the pickup location and scheduled pick-up time. Guests will be declared no show and are not entitled to a refund
  • The drop-off location is the same as your pick-up location. Please note that for drop-off locations outside the designated service area, a surcharge will be collected by the driver.
  • An additional PHP600 will be collected onsite if the tour dates falls on a HOLIDAY since there will be a buffet lunch
  • For shared tour, airport pick up and luggage is not allowed, only handcarry bags. If you wish to be in your own private vehicle, please book a PRIVATE TOUR

Q: Can I swim with the whale sharks?
A: Travelers may swim with whale sharks. If you have an open water diving license, you can choose to dive with whale sharks at an additional ₱2500 per person. The total duration is about an hour, accompanied by an experienced diving instructor.

Q: Can I rent waterproof cameras on-site?
A: Yes, underwater cameras can be rented at an additional fee.

Q: Can I join this tour from my hotel in Oslob?
A: Yes, just inform us of your preferred pick-up point when booking.

Q: My flight arrives later than 3:00 am. Can I directly join this tour after landing? (This is for PRIVATE TOUR ONLY )
A: Yes, as long as you can depart from the airport before 5:00 am. Please take into consideration that flights may be delayed, and the later you depart, the lower the possibility you can see whale sharks.

If you would need to pick up at airport (PRIVATE TOUR ONLY), pick up time earliest is 2:00AM and latest is 3:00AM, you can either go directly to tour and keep luggages in the car, or can stop at hotel to drop their luggages (still need to check the location of your hotel)


Q: Would it be OK if I don't return to Cebu after the tour?
A: Yes, just let us know in advance. The driver will drop you off at the most convenient point. 

Q: Can I bring my luggage with me?
A: Yes, you can store your luggage in the vehicle. Please indicate the amount and size of luggage and the number of travelers in the Notes section when booking as surcharges may apply.

Q: Is it possible to stay longer on Sumilon Island?
A: Original departure from Sumilon is at 1:30 pm. If you wish to remain longer, you may inform your driver that you will take the 3:30 pm boat and you will need to pay ₱500 for overtime surcharge. Please be aware that boats in the afternoon may be canceled in the event of choppy ocean conditions. We will not be responsible for accommodation fees incurred if you wish to remain longer. (ONLY for Private Tour)

  • Whale shark viewing is regulated by local conservation centers. Please adhere to regulations and instructions on-site. Please note that private boats are not available during the viewing
  • If you have a flight or ferry scheduled after this activity, please provide us with flight or ferry details when booking

  • Please note that touching whale sharks is prohibited. Guests should avoid wearing sunscreen and cosmetics to protect the animals from chemicals. It is recommended to wear long-sleeved clothing. Be sure to follow safety instructions and maintain proper distance from whale sharks. Fines may be imposed for violations of the regulations

  • Please note that this tour includes long periods of driving. If you suffer from motion sickness, please take proper precautions in advance (i.e. medication)

  • Guests are recommended to wear swimwear in advance

  • Please prepare an extra change of clothes and towels; hairdryers are not provided

  • For weekdays, lunch provided is as follows: P1,400 per adult consumbale for food and drinks; P700 per child 5 to 11 years old consumable for food and drinks For Weekends and Holidays, lunch buffet from 11:00am to 1:00pm

  • Roundtrip scheduled boat transfers: Mainland to Sumilon Island - 10:00am; Sumilon Island to Mainland - 1:00pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
