About tickets
- Valid for one use only during the period. (Free for children aged 3 and under)
- Tickets cannot be shared. If you will be attending separately or on different dates, please make separate reservations instead of purchasing tickets together.
- We cannot accept changes, exchanges, refunds, or reissues after purchase.

You are welcome to photograph and touch all exhibits, but please do not touch any equipment other than the exhibits, such as cameras or monitors.
Please handle all exhibits gently to avoid damage. Also, please return any items you have moved to their original positions for the benefit of other visitors.
Photography and videography are permitted for all exhibits, but please refrain from using flash, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.
When posting photos or videos that include other customers on social media, please take care to protect their privacy by blurring or using stamps to obscure them. We cannot accept any responsibility for any disputes between customers.
Live streaming from within the venue is prohibited.
The venue is dark. For your safety, please walk slowly and do not run.
Please refrain from eating or drinking inside the venue. However, you may bring in beverages in containers with lids, such as plastic bottles or water bottles.
Bringing in flammable materials, hazardous materials, or anything else that staff deem dangerous is strictly prohibited.
