On the day of departure, you will complete the boarding procedure at the ticket counter. Please present the voucher issued by KKday at the reception. For those residing overseas, you are required to fill in your passport number during the boarding procedure. You do not need to present your original passport. For those residing in Japan, you do not need to provide your passport number. To board, you are required to submit a passenger manifest that you will fill out on the day of departure. You will not be able to board if you do not submit the passenger manifest. Customers residing in Japan should present their voucher and fill in the required information on the passenger manifest.
