Our restaurant emphasizes carefully selected ingredients, farm-to-table freshness, expert knife skills, interactive service, integrated dining experiences, and seasonal projects. We do not offer modern Japanese fusion cuisine; instead, we focus on classical, traditional 'ryotei' (high-end Japanese restaurant) cooking that highlights the ingredients, presentation, flavor, and overall dining experience.
We offer counter seating for gourmets, à la carte seating, and 11 private rooms of various sizes, providing you with a refined space for casual drinks and slow dining, as well as surprising and elegant kaiseki banquets.
