Important notes regarding course participation:
- • Participants must be between 3 and 65 years old. • Those participating in diving cannot board an airplane on the same day. Please adjust your schedule in advance. • Freediving and skin diving are prohibited. You must wear a life jacket or wetsuit while swimming. • You will be asked to fill out a medical history questionnaire at registration on the day of the activity. If you have any questions or concerns, you will not be able to dive. You may also be required to prepare a doctor's certificate in advance. If you have any health concerns, please do not make a self-diagnosis and consult with us. • If minors are participating alone, a parent or guardian's signature will be required in advance. We will send you the document by email. If you are unable to prepare it by the day of the activity, we will contact you by phone at registration on the day of the activity to confirm.

- ・Boarding fees are charged separately (5,000 yen/person) ・Fuel surcharge is charged separately (500 yen/person) ・The schedule is an estimate. It may vary by 20-30 minutes depending on ocean conditions. ・The boat has limited space. Bringing inflatable rings or parasols is not permitted. Please bring only minimal luggage. ・From January to March, if whales are spotted during the trip, a whale watching tour may be included as a service. Whales are wild animals, so we cannot guarantee that you will see them. The schedule may also be affected. *Please note that no price reductions will be given in the event of any of the above.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 3 to 65 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: The minimum essentials are a swimsuit, flip-flops, a change of clothes, and a towel. During colder months, a hoodie or similar garment to wear on board is recommended. If you are prone to motion sickness, please bring motion sickness medication.

Parking: 20 cars; Large buses: Not permitted
Large buses cannot park here, but they can stop at the entrance to the fishing port.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
