As a general rule, we cannot accept or store large luggage on the bus.
Lunch at Jogi Temple (Jogisan) is at your own expense during free time.
Depending on the day of the week, some shops and facilities in Jogi (Jogisan) and Matsushima may be closed.
Participants who wish to leave the tour early at Matsushima may do so after signing a waiver form.

Reminders

  • If there are 8 or fewer participants, the tour may be conducted using a Toyota HiAce van instead.

  • If you are prone to motion sickness, please prepare your own sickness medication in advance.

  • The tour will depart rain or shine (including snow). Please bring your own rain gear.

  • However, the tour will be canceled in the event of severe weather where official warnings are issued. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

  • Joining the tour midway is not permitted.

  • Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
