Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Please enter your child's age.
• Question 2: For reservations for "students only" such as taxi training or school trips, please write the following in the "Remarks" section: "School name, age, and emergency contact phone number (e.g., a teacher who will be in Okinawa on the day of the trip)."
• Question 3: If the reservation is made by minors only, please write their age and guardian's (emergency contact phone number) in the "Remarks" section.
• Question 4: Please let us know if you require pick-up and drop-off service to the Mizugama bus stop. ★For the time being, we are unable to provide pick-up and drop-off service for buses departing at 9:00 AM. Pick-up and drop-off service is not available during the following periods. Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• If we determine that safety is compromised due to sudden bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the event.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• * You will be in a kayak for about an hour in a seated or cross-legged position. Please consult us if you have any concerns about your physical condition. * Pregnant women can participate if they are in their second trimester and can sit in a seated or cross-legged position for about an hour. Please consult with your doctor before participating. * Children under 2 years old can participate if held. Please let us know if you wish to bring a child. * Your feet and bottom will definitely get wet in the kayak. Please check your belongings and clothing. * Kayaks are basically for two people. Three people are possible with two adults and a child in the lower elementary school grades or younger. * If there is an odd number of participants, someone will be in a single kayak. If you have concerns about your physical strength, you can ride with a guide, but please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to other participants. * Regarding pairing, the guide will also advise you considering the weather and your physical strength.

• ・All tours will proceed regardless of rain. ・Tour dates and times may be changed or the tour may be canceled depending on the field conditions. ・For sunset kayak and SUP tours, we may suggest changing to a mangrove tour depending on the field conditions. ・There will be no cancellation fee if the tour is canceled at our discretion. ・For safety reasons, those who have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol will not be allowed to participate. ・For kayak tours, please inform us in advance if children under 2 years old will be participating, and for SUP tours, please inform us in advance if children under 9 years old will be participating. *Please inform us in advance if you require pick-up and drop-off. *Pick-up and drop-off will be provided after you arrive at the nearest bus stop, "Mizugama". Please allow ample time to arrive. *For large groups of 5 or more people or if you have large luggage, pick-up and drop-off may be provided in two separate vehicles. *Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel due to your own circumstances. *If we determine that safety is compromised due to sudden bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In that case, we will contact you by phone at least one hour before the scheduled start time.
