Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: We will prepare equipment that fits your body, so please provide the age, height, weight, shoe size, and eyesight of all participants.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Marine sports are highly susceptible to sea conditions such as wind and waves. We may cancel activities in the event of severe weather due to approaching typhoons or passing weather fronts. No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is decided by our shop.

- Regarding scuba diving and air travel: Please note that you cannot board an airplane after scuba diving. Regarding pregnancy: We do not allow pregnant women to participate in scuba diving.

- If you meet any of the criteria in section 3 (illnesses, symptoms) of the health checklist included in your diving application, please contact us in advance. Please note that if we are unable to determine your illness or symptoms, you may be required to bring a doctor's certificate to participate.
Includes/Excludes
- Equipment rental fee, scuba diving lesson fee, photo data taken by the instructor, facility usage fee (changing room, hot shower, parking), insurance fee.
- Personal belongings are not covered by insurance, so please take extra care when handling your personal items.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 10 to 60 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: ◯Wearing your swimsuit beforehand will allow for a smoother experience. If your swimsuit is wet, there is a changing room inside the shop where you can change. Changing time is not included in the menu duration, so please arrive with ample time if you plan to change inside the shop. ◯Required items: Change of clothes, swimsuit, beach sandals, bath towel ◯Helpful items to bring: Sunscreen, drinks (500ml bottle) Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are not provided, so please bring them if needed. You are welcome to bring your own familiar mask and fins (long fins are not permitted).
Regarding rental equipment: All necessary rental equipment is free of charge.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
