Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: We will prepare equipment that fits your body, so please provide the age, height, weight, shoe size, and eyesight of all participants.
- Question 2: Skin diving lessons are subject to a fee (an additional ¥1650), so please let us know by the day of the lesson if you wish to take one.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Marine sports are highly susceptible to sea conditions such as wind and waves. We may cancel activities in the event of severe weather due to approaching typhoons or passing weather fronts. No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is decided by our shop.

- If you meet any of the criteria in section 3 (illnesses, symptoms) of the health checklist included in your skin diving application, please contact us in advance. Please note that if we are unable to determine your illness or symptoms, you may be required to bring a doctor's certificate to participate.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
