・Late Night Surcharge: A 20% surcharge applies for departures between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please contact the supplier to arrange payment for this surcharge.
・Language Support: This transfer service is provided by Japanese-speaking drivers only. Should you encounter any communication difficulties, our customer service team is ready to assist you.

Overtime waiting fee
The free waiting time for airport pickup is 60 minutes; for other locations (such as hotels and golf courses), it is 30 minutes.
If the waiting time exceeds this limit, an overtime waiting fee of ¥2,900 (tax included) will be charged for every 15 minutes.

Late-night service fees
For departures between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM, an additional late-night service fee of 20% of the original price will be charged. Please contact the supplier to collect this fee.
Reminders
Please be sure to provide us with your local contact information and methods, as the driver needs this information to reach you. Contact methods include: local phone number, Facebook Messenger, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
Please provide your flight information and pick-up/destination information accurately in the remarks section when booking. Pick-up and drop-off locations may include golf courses, hotels, guesthouses, and residences. To ensure a smooth transfer, please provide the accurate address when booking.
When booking, please provide accurate information regarding the actual number of passengers, pieces of luggage, luggage dimensions, and number of child seats. If your flight is delayed, please contact the driver and KKday customer service immediately. If we do not receive your message, the driver reserves the right to leave without waiting for you and will not provide a refund.
By law, children under the age of 6 must use a child car seat. If you are traveling with children under 6, please inform us in advance of the number of children who will require a car seat. Please note that installing a child car seat requires the equivalent of 1 to 1.5 adult car seats in terms of space.
