Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • Please note that the event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, but we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the venue.

  • ・You can choose a different kimono from the one you reserved after arriving at the store. ・To make your yukata experience even more enjoyable, we also offer paid hair styling services other than the standard, special obi tying styles, and rental of accessories such as obi clips and maiko umbrellas. ・Customers renting yukata can store one bag of luggage free of charge. Large suitcases and other items not containing valuables can be stored for 1,100 yen (tax included). ・Next-day returns are also available for 2,200 yen (tax included)! For next-day returns, please return the kimono by the final return time.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
