Even beginners can participate with peace of mind. ③ Experience (approx. 50 minutes) Enjoy the clear SUP experience in the highly transparent sea. Photo shooting will also take place during this time. ④ Dismissal (approx. 10 minutes) After the experience, we will provide the photo data and conclude the tour. ⸻ ■ Important Notes (Please be sure to read) ・The venue may change depending on the weather and sea conditions of the day. ・If there is a change in the venue, we will contact you by around 19:00 the day before. ・Please be sure to register a phone number where you can be reached at the time of booking. Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- *Please note that the location may change depending on the weather and sea conditions forecast for the day. We will inform you of any changes the day before (around 7 PM). The event will be cancelled in case of thunderstorms, strong winds, typhoons, etc. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be able to participate in the tour. - If you are late, the tour time may be shortened or it may consist only of photography. - Children must be accompanied by a guardian.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
