Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Departure may be canceled due to sea or weather conditions. We will contact you the day before or on the day of departure. Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses or other costs if the departure is canceled. If the weather changes suddenly after departure and it is determined that safe navigation is not possible, we may return to port earlier than scheduled, so please follow the captain's instructions in that case. *Please note that no refunds will be given after departure.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - This activity is for healthy individuals who are currently free from illness or injury. - Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. - Please refrain from bringing your own fishing rods, snorkeling equipment, etc., to this activity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Other special notes:
- We can handle languages other than English using translation tools, etc.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 3 to 85 years old
Clothing and belongings: Sunscreen, change of clothes, motion sickness medication, etc. Bath towel, life jacket, guide fee, insurance, and consumption tax are included in the price. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and lunch. Cooler boxes and ice are provided on board.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
