• Question 2: After booking, the group leader must review the medical history checklist. To ensure everyone's safety and prevent any unforeseen incidents during your enjoyable trip, the group leader must have all members of the group review the checklist. • *After booking, the representative must complete the medical history checklist themselves. To ensure everyone's safety and prevent any unforeseen incidents during your enjoyable trip, the representative must have all accompanying participants review the checklist. If any participant has any medical history issues, please contact the tour operator/SeaWorld in advance. *Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant are not permitted to participate. *For safety reasons, those who have consumed alcohol or are hungover on the day of the tour will not be allowed to participate. Drinking alcohol is also prohibited while on board the boat. *Children must be accompanied by a guardian. *For infants, please note that the boat will rock, so please use your own judgment when booking. *Depending on ocean conditions, we may refuse participation to infants and those over 65 years of age. *We recommend taking motion sickness medication 30 minutes before departure. *Please bring only the bare minimum of luggage onto the boat (valuables, camera, waterproof towel for camera, etc.). *There are only toilets at the meeting point; there are no changing rooms or showers. If you wish to use a shower after the experience, there is a changing room/shower room at one of our partner facilities a short distance away (fee applies, and fees vary depending on the facility). Please inquire with our on-site staff. *Large luggage can be stored in your rental car, or in our shop's vehicle if you contact us in advance. *For your safety, please be sure to wear a life jacket. *The duration will be 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the number of participants, weather, and sea conditions on the day. *If you wish to board for observation only without participating in the experience, the fee is 3,000 yen. Advance reservations are required, so please contact us by the day before your desired date of participation. *Parasailing may be canceled due to changes in weather or sea conditions the day before, during the meeting, at the reception, or even after departure. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee, but please understand that we cannot compensate for transportation costs, etc., even if the cancellation occurs during or after the meeting. *For safety reasons, our staff will determine whether to allow 1 to 4 people on a parasailing boat based on the wave and wind conditions and the weight of the participants on the day. We will do our best to arrange flights for guests from the same group, but please understand that in some cases you may be asked to travel with staff or other guests.
