What You Can Expect

- ① Meet in front of Shibuya Mark City. Your guide will be waiting with an AbracadabraTours sign. The guide will explain today's schedule. "Today's experience isn't about learning to sing well, but about learning to enjoy Japanese karaoke on your own."
- ② Let's go to the karaoke place together!
- ③ The guide will assist you with all the necessary procedures at the reception.
- Enter the karaoke room! We'll guide you through the basic rules, including how to use the drink bar and order food.
- ④ Now it's time to enjoy karaoke!

- "What? It's not just about singing?" Everyone enjoys karaoke in their own way! Let's find your own way to enjoy it!
- ⑤ Free Time Begins The guide will now leave. You are free to go ahead and enjoy karaoke.

The program will be presented in English.
・Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter the store between 11 PM and 4 AM the following day.
• The program requires a minimum of two participants and will generally be reserved exclusively for the group making the reservation.
If you are participating alone, please select the "Single Participant" plan.
Reminders
This program will be supported by guides who can communicate in both English and Japanese.
If you do not arrive at the meeting place by the designated time, it will be considered a no-show and a cancellation fee will be charged.
・We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur to participants during this program (however, if we are found to be at fault, we will compensate for direct and ordinary damages up to the amount of the program participation fee). If you wish to purchase insurance to prepare for any accidents or injuries, please do so at your own discretion.

Please refrain from participating if you are feeling unwell on the day of the event. We may refuse your participation if you are unwell.
The guide will accompany you and provide instruction for the first 30 minutes only. After that, you are free to enjoy karaoke on your own.
The karaoke session, including the lecture time, is limited to two hours.
If you wish to extend your stay, please pay directly at the location.

This program will be conducted within the bounds of the "Act on Regulation of Businesses Affecting Public Morals and Proper Operation of Such Businesses (Public Morals Act)." The following activities are considered "entertainment" and are regulated under the Public Morals Act, therefore guides will not perform them (e.g., pouring drinks, shows, duets, dancing, games, etc.). These are just a few examples of prohibited activities; there are other prohibited activities as well. If you request any of these activities from the guide or fail to follow the guide's instructions, the service will be terminated.

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
