The tour will depart at the scheduled time based on staff judgment. Please be punctual and arrive on time.
Schedule and itinerary are subject to change depending on road and traffic conditions.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to late arrival, including taxi fares or accommodation.
Depending on the number of participants, a medium or small-sized bus may be used.
Buses are not equipped with restrooms.
Smoking is not permitted on the bus. Seat reclining is generally not allowed (except on some routes).
No refunds will be provided if benefits or inclusions are not used.
If you have food allergies, please inform us at the time of booking. We will try to accommodate by removing applicable ingredients where possible.
For special requests, please inform us at the time of booking (additional fees may apply). We will do our best to accommodate within reasonable limits and may request written details if necessary.
In accordance with labor regulations effective April 1, 2019, the tour guide’s meal time will be treated as a break period. Accommodation may differ from guests, and during free time, guests are generally responsible for themselves.
Lost items will be kept for 2 weeks after the tour ends. Perishable items or those difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.
Pets are not allowed on the tour.
Bus seating will be assigned by the company.
In case of emergency, you may be asked to share a seat with the tour guide.
If the minimum number of 30 participants is not met, or in case of force majeure (e.g., disasters or accidents), the tour may be changed or canceled up to 3 days before departure (13 days for overnight tours).
We may not be able to accommodate requests for seating, hotel smoking/non-smoking, or allergies. In some cases, requests may be declined in advance with explanation.
