Purchase Notice
1. Passenger and Luggage Regulations
Adhere to passenger limits: Please ensure you confirm the maximum capacity of your selected vehicle (excluding the driver). If the number of passengers on the day exceeds the limit, the driver reserves the right to refuse service.
Child seat policy: Installing a child safety seat will occupy 1~1.5 seats, thereby reducing the actual number of available passenger seats.
Luggage standards: Luggage regulations are based on 26-inch suitcases. If you are bringing golf bags, strollers, or large luggage (over 28 inches), please be sure to consult customer service in advance.
2. Duration and Scope of Use
Standard duration: This product is based on an 8-hour duration (available booking time slots: between 08:00 ~ 22:00).
Overtime fees: If the service exceeds the standard 8 hours, an hourly surcharge will apply, which should be paid to the driver on-site.
Operating area: Includes Busan city and the Gyeongju area. If you need to travel to other parts of the Gyeongnam region, additional surcharges may apply.
3. Inclusions and Exclusions
Inclusions: Vehicle rental fee, driver service fee, fuel costs, and toll fees.
Exclusions: Parking fees, attraction admission tickets, meal expenses, personal expenses, and any items not listed in the inclusions.
4. Booking and Meeting Instructions
Information requirements: When booking, please accurately provide your meeting location (hotel name), meeting time, and a contactable messaging app ID (Kakao, WhatsApp, Line, etc.).
No-Show policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled time, it will be considered a No-Show and no refund will be provided. If you expect to be late, please contact us in advance.
5. Other Important Information
Itinerary changes: If you need to change your itinerary after the booking is confirmed, please contact us at least 2~3 days before the service date.
Insurance: All vehicles are covered by mandatory automobile liability insurance. To ensure your personal safety, we strongly recommend that travelers purchase their own travel insurance before departure.
