Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If we deem it dangerous due to rain, wind, or sea conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- If any of the following apply to you, we may refuse your participation as panic or loss of consciousness in the water could be life-threatening: • Severe hangover • Pregnant woman • History of epilepsy • Severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease • High blood pressure • Diabetes • Severe obesity
Other special notes:
- *Due to the frequent occurrence of grounding accidents, we do not offer rentals without a guide. Thank you for your understanding. *The price is per boat.

- Jet ski rental fee, guide fee 10,000 yen, gasoline 4,950 yen, other rental items (life jacket, towel, shower)

Clothing and belongings: Please bring clothes that can get wet, swimwear, sandals, sunglasses, sunscreen, and drinks.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
