You may be kept waiting for 1-2 hours due to equipment trouble or other adjustments. 4. The decision to hold or cancel the activity is solely at our discretion. 5. In all cases, cancellations due to customer reasons will incur a cancellation fee. *Our cancellation policy: Cancellation 4 days prior: Free Cancellation 3 days prior: 50% Cancellation 2 days prior: 80% Cancellation the day before: 100% Cancellation on the day: 100% No-show: 100% *Activities may be canceled for safety reasons in the event of typhoons or other natural disasters. 6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
