Purchase Notice
- At booking, please provide your Las Vegas hotel name and address, plus an active phone number and email so we can reach you with pickup details. If your hotel isn't listed, add it under "Requests & Remarks."
- Luggage: Each traveler may bring one full-size suitcase plus one carry-on. This is a one-way transfer to Los Angeles, so your luggage travels with you and is dropped off with you in LA.
- What's included: Direct Las Vegas hotel pickup, Joshua Tree National Park entrance fee, a light breakfast, unlimited snacks and drinks, and bonus photo stops. We also arrange a stop in 29 Palms to pick up sandwiches for a picnic in the park (food at your own expense).
- Not included: Lunch food cost. A tour guide gratuity of $15 per person is required and collected on tour.
- Children under 5 cannot join the tour. Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. The long desert drive may not suit very young children, but older kids enjoy the adventure.
- This tour involves some walking on uneven desert terrain and is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for travelers with significantly reduced mobility. Walking at each stop is easy to moderate and optional.
- Please arrive at your pickup point on time; the vehicle departs promptly and refunds are not granted to late arrivals.
- No refunds or compensation are provided to travelers who leave the tour partway through or miss it for personal reasons (e.g., missing travel documents, late arrival, illness, accidents).
- Transportation is by premium air-conditioned touring van (maximum 16 guests).

The itinerary is a guide only. In cases of force majeure (attraction closures, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control), the operator may modify or cancel arrangements without prior notice or compensation.

Restroom stops are made at visitor centers and rest areas throughout the day. Unlimited bottled water, drinks from an onboard cooler, and snacks are provided, along with a light breakfast (subject to change).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
