- If you need to change your pick-up location, notify DCT prior to departure
- The Zodiac boat tour is not recommended for guests with a history of serious medical conditions, including back or neck injuries, recent surgery, or current or suspected pregnancy
- On Sundays, the tour cannot drive through Gastown due to the city's pedestrian-only restriction on that area
- The itinerary is a sample and is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or road closures
- Tour operates daily from May 1 – September 30, 2026
- Optional activities and attraction tickets are available for purchase at the DCT office at 636 Hornby Street at special rates

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
