  • Participation requirements: Ages 3 and up. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. Individuals with respiratory, circulatory, coronary artery, arrhythmia, or other medical conditions or pre-existing conditions should consult their doctor. *Participants are required to fill out a separate consent form before the activity begins. If a minor is coming alone, a parent or guardian must sign the consent form before coming.

  • We offer childcare and pick-up/drop-off services for a fee; please feel free to inquire. If we determine that it is unsafe to conduct the service due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at a different location. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the time may be delayed or preparation may take longer on the day due to weather and ocean conditions. Reservations can also be made by phone for same-day or next-day bookings. Parking is available for 10 cars.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 35% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
