- Once used, the travel ticket is non-refundable and cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
- Unused tickets that have not been cancelled are non-refundable.
How to Use
- If you purchase multiple tickets at once, clicking on the ticket will display the total number of tickets for all passengers.
- When entering and exiting the station, please have the representative scan each ticket at the ticket gate and allow companions to pass through the gate in order before proceeding last.

*If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they cannot be used separately. Once used, all tickets will be used simultaneously. If you wish to use the tickets individually multiple times (e.g., each user uses them on different days), please purchase them separately.
How to Use Your Voucher

Please use your smartphone or tablet to open the QR code ticket machine by clicking the "Use e-ticket" email you received after booking, or the link in your e-voucher.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
