Taipei City Exhibition | Baby Shark's Great Adventure in Protecting the Ocean

• To ensure safety and the quality of facility use, participants must meet the following age, height, and weight restrictions to be admitted. Those who meet only one of these restrictions will not be admitted, and no on-site refunds or refunds will be offered. Actual admission eligibility will be determined by on-site personnel based on measurements. Please confirm your eligibility before purchasing tickets.

Amusement park ride user restrictions:

• Baby Shark Ocean Cushion Age Restriction: 3 years (inclusive) to 12 years (inclusive) Weight Restriction: Children under 60 kg (inclusive), Adults under 90 kg (inclusive) Height Restriction: 160 cm (inclusive) and below.
  For safety reasons, only one adult may accompany each child. Socks must be worn upon entry. Five parent-child groups are allowed per session, rotating every 10 minutes. To maintain the quality of the experience, entry is controlled by number 240 and beyond; please cooperate with staff and wait patiently.
  
• Ocean Debris Crisis Ball Pit Area Age Restriction: Children aged 0 to 12 years and under are not allowed in this area. Adults must accompany and supervise children outside the ball pit and are prohibited from climbing or sitting on the fence. Only 20 children are allowed per session, with rotation every 10 minutes.
  
• Lulu Car Maze: Lulu Car Age Restriction: 0 years (inclusive) to 12 years (inclusive) and under; Weight Restriction: 40 kg (inclusive) and under. Electric Car Age Restriction: 0 years (inclusive) to 8 years (inclusive) and under; Weight Restriction: 25 kg (inclusive) and under. Due to large crowds, please rotate through each lap and queue again.
  
  

• Children aged 1 year and 1 month and under 12 years old (inclusive) can purchase child tickets; children aged 18 years and above can purchase parent tickets. Accompanying parents must be adults aged 18 years and above. For children under 12 years old, parents must be accompanied by a ticketed parent. For safety reasons, accompanying adults cannot be replaced. An additional adult will be charged NT$199 at the on-site ticket price.
  Purchase of special admission tickets requires relevant proof and is only valid for on-site purchase. People with disabilities must present proof of disability, pregnant women must present their pregnancy health record, and infants aged 0-1 and senior citizens may need to present physical identification if necessary. Please present your physical identification before purchasing tickets and entering the venue.
• Parental Accompaniment Obligation: Minors must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian at all times during the activity period to ensure their own safety and the safety of others. ※According to Article 51 of Chapter 4 of the Child and Youth Welfare Act, parents, guardians, or other persons actually caring for children and adolescents shall not leave children under the age of six or children and adolescents requiring special care alone or in the care of unsuitable persons. This exhibition does not provide childcare services; parents are fully responsible for accompanying and caring for their children.
• Age and physical condition restrictions: Please refer to the age, height, or weight restrictions announced on-site, and follow the instructions of on-site staff and the regulations for using playground equipment. For safety reasons, pregnant women, those who have consumed alcohol, those with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, neck or back-related illnesses, mobility impairments, or those who are unwell, or participants aged 65 and above, are advised to carefully assess their physical condition before entering the venue and determine whether they are suitable to participate. Those with fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius), enterovirus or other infectious diseases, or special medical conditions, will be denied entry to protect the rights of other children.
• To ensure safety and a positive experience, all participants are requested to comply with all exhibition area usage guidelines and the guidance of on-site staff, and cooperate with the flow of traffic and order management within the exhibition area. This exhibition venue has been insured with Green Rider Innovation Co., Ltd. for NT$6 million in public liability insurance, in accordance with relevant regulations. The scope of coverage is subject to the terms of the insurance contract.
• Please refrain from running, pushing, shoving, tumbling, climbing, roughhousing, fighting, snatching toys, or engaging in any other dangerous behavior that may cause injury to yourself or others within the designated play area. ※If the behavior persists despite warnings from on-site staff, staff may ask the visitor to leave for safety reasons, and no refund will be provided. ※The exhibition area will not be held legally responsible for any accidents caused by visitors' failure to comply with the exhibition rules or their own misconduct. Participants are requested to carefully read and abide by the rules and regulations for each area before entering the exhibition and to cooperate with the guidance of on-site staff.
• In case of queuing, please wait in order and do not cut in line, substitute for others, or disrupt the flow of people. Please work together to maintain order and safety within the exhibition area.
• To maintain the quality and safety of visitors, on-site management and entry control will be implemented if the number of visitors exceeds 200. Please cooperate with on-site staff and wait patiently.
• Equipment Use and Care: All equipment and play equipment within the exhibition hall are for in-exhibition use only. Please use them properly and share them with others. Parents are advised to accompany their children and guide them to return the equipment to its proper place after use. If any equipment is found to be damaged, please notify on-site staff immediately. Do not take equipment out of the exhibition hall. Damage caused by improper use will be compensated according to law.
