- 00:00Meeting and Reception. Meet on-site at the Okinawansup shop. Please complete the reception and payment.
- 00:00Change clothes. Please use the changing room. Free equipment rental includes life jackets, boots, and wetsuits.
- 00:00During the experience (1). We will provide a thorough lecture on land about how to operate the paddle and how to ride!
- 00:00During the experience (2). Easy to enjoy even for beginners!

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the tour cannot be held due to a typhoon or strong winds, we will contact you. We will guide you in the following ways: ・Cancel ・Change the tour date ・Consider a tour other than the sea ※The tour will be held as usual even in rainy weather.

Please be able to confirm consent via email or phone. *The following people cannot participate in the tour: those who have consumed alcohol before the tour, are taking medication, have cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have exercise restrictions as diagnosed by a doctor.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
