Product Info
- Create 'Tonbo-dama' (glass beads) featuring a variety of colors and patterns. The process involves melting glass rods with a burner, winding the glass onto a metal rod, and cooling it slowly in a cooling agent. You can mix your favorite colors or add floral patterns to create a wide array of designs. The finished beads can be used for accessories like pendants, straps, and bracelets, or even crafted into incense holders. Since a burner is used, participants must be at least in the 4th grade of elementary school.
- Create original glass beads using your favorite colors!
- Use various colored glass rods to make your beads. You can mix colors, add flower patterns, or scratch the surface of the bead to create your own unique design. The finished beads can be used for pendants or straps. This plan includes making two beads, but you can also choose to make one bead and one incense holder. We will ask for your preference before the experience begins.
- Private studio bookings available!
- The Glass works negy studio can be booked privately! You will not be sharing the space with other guests, allowing you to relax and focus on your creation. Although high-temperature burners are used, we provide thorough instruction to ensure safety. (Participants must be at least in the 4th grade of elementary school.) Let's create your favorite glass beads together!
Choose your favorite color of glass and create your own original glass bead.
It is also possible to make incense holders.
We also have a variety of other plans available.
