Product Info

  • Mukuroji Mokki, a workshop specializing in wooden tableware, opens its doors on the fourth Saturday of every month to host workshops♪ ★Experience making a butter knife using professional machinery★ You can take the butter knife you made home with you on the same day. We accept bookings from one person! We will do our best to ensure you have a fun and injury-free experience! ～Experience Flow～ 1. Draw the side view of the butter knife with a pencil. 2. Cut along the outside of the lines you drew using a scroll saw. 3. Use a belt sander machine to sand down to the lines of the side view. 4. Cut off any unnecessary parts using a saw. 5. Draw the top view of the butter knife with a pencil. 6. Use the belt sander to sand down to the lines of the top view. 7. Polish using a sponge sander and sandpaper by hand. 8. Put on gloves and apply oil with a cloth to finish. Customers participating in this plan will be served a cup of home-roasted coffee. The workshop is located in a fantastic setting surrounded by nature and close to the sea. On a clear day, you might even be able to enjoy a magnificent sunset with your coffee in hand!?

  • Lumber, tool rental, finishing oil, rubber gloves, rags, sandpaper, and sales tax. One cup of home-roasted coffee.

  • Participant age: 6 to 100 years old

  • What to wear and bring: Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. It's best to avoid knitwear or fleece materials, as sawdust is difficult to remove.

  • Rental equipment: Complete set of equipment (free)

  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
