• 8:30 Depart from your hotel to visit the Guilin city landmark, [Elephant Trunk Hill] (40 minutes). Located at the confluence of the Li River and the Peach Blossom River, the hill resembles a giant elephant dipping its trunk into the water, making it the symbol of Guilin's scenery. The Puxian Pagoda from the Ming Dynasty sits atop like a sword hilt, and the Water Moon Cave between the trunk and legs creates the 'Elephant Hill Water Moon' spectacle. Inside, there are over fifty cliff inscriptions, precious remnants of scholars throughout history praising Guilin.

• Proceed to [Diecai Hill] for a visit (approx. 1 hour 20 minutes). Composed of Siwang Hill, Yuyue Hill, Mingyue Peak, and Xianhe Peak, the hill is named for its rock layers that resemble colorful silk. For safety reasons, leaving the group during the tour (except during designated free time) is generally not permitted.
