ー Facility Notice and Ticket Eligibilityー

• By purchasing, you agree to the official Chiikawa Park Visitor Guide & Terms (including rules on prohibited items, behavior, refunds due to closures, and compliance with safety policies).
• Tickets are valid only on the selected date and time. Entry may be denied if you arrive more than 1 hour late.
  
• Maximum of 4 tickets per person. All guests must enter together; separate entry is not allowed.
• Guests with disabilities may self-declare eligibility for discounted tickets, but must present valid proof (any form of disability certificate or beneficiary documentation) at the time of entry. Admission will be denied without proof.
  
• Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket and are not counted toward capacity, but age verification may be requested. For 12-year-old guests, elementary school students will be charged the child rate. Admission will be denied if false information is provided.
  
• Chiikawa Park is a cashless facility. Only credit cards, IC cards, or other electronic payment methods are accepted. Cash is not accepted within the park.
  
• Resale, transfer, exchange, or lending of tickets is strictly prohibited. If the original purchaser is not present, the ticket becomes invalid and entry will be denied.
  

ーProhibited Items and Conductー

• If you violate laws, act against public order or morals, or cause disturbance to other guests or staff (e.g., defamation, verbal abuse, or unauthorized photography), you may be refused entry or removed from the park.
  
• Prohibited items such as strollers, large luggage, dangerous goods (e.g., knives, explosives, flammables), pets, and selfie sticks are not allowed inside the park.
  

ーOperations, Closures & Refundsー

• Park operations, exhibitions, or experiences may be suspended without notice due to maintenance, power outages, natural disasters, infectious disease outbreaks, or government directives.
• If you have already entered the venue, no refunds will be issued even if the venue temporarily closes; you will be asked to wait for reopening. Partial closures of exhibits or experiences typically do not qualify for refunds. 
• For guests who have not yet entered, the venue reserves the right to cancel entry and issue a refund at its sole discretion.
  

ーFacilities & Accessibilityー

• Strollers and large luggage are not allowed inside the park. Temporary stroller storage is available but limited. The park is not responsible for loss or damage.
• Coin lockers are not available in the park. For large items such as carry-on suitcases, please use nearby facilities.
  
• Certain areas may be inaccessible due to layout or safety. A separate wheelchair-accessible route will be provided.
  
• Restrooms are limited and may be crowded. Please use facilities in advance.
