Participant age: 11 to 70 years old
What to wear and bring: ・Swimsuit - Close-fitting type. ・Lunch - Waterproof. A 500cc water bottle is fine. ・Shorts - Wear over your wetsuit. Any material is fine as long as they are durable and easy to keep on. If you don't have shorts, they can be rented on site for 500 yen. ・Swimming goggles - Clear ones are recommended! For glasses, use a glasses band. ・Backpack that can get wet - If you don't have a backpack, you can rent one in advance for 500 yen. Please cooperate and carry the food and drinks for your group. One per 1-4 people is enough. It should not collect water. ・Plastic bag for wet clothes ・Towel for drying your body - Leave this in the car. ●Items to bring for comfort ・Undershirt (short-sleeved or long-sleeved) - Wearing a rash guard or quick-drying dry shirt under your wetsuit will increase warmth. Two layers are also OK. Cotton products will get cold when wet, so avoid them.・Leggings or tights (also non-cotton) - Allows for smooth changing when wearing a suit and also keeps you warm. ・Gloves - To protect your hands and keep them warm.
