Product Info
- Why not create Shigaraki-ware pottery to present to your parents at your wedding? You can choose between a hand-turned wheel or an electric potter's wheel. The electric wheel is popular as it makes it easier to create beautifully shaped and practical vessels. You will create a total of 8 pieces of pottery as a couple.
- Present handmade pottery to your parents
- Why not present your parents with handmade pottery filled with your gratitude? You can make a total of 8 pieces, such as teacups or plates. Complete your own warm, Shigaraki-style pottery with the unique finish created by the kiln's fire.
- Painting options available!
- It is also wonderful to add an original message through painting. Why not convey your gratitude? Let's finish your favorite pieces for your big day. It takes about 1 month to fire the pieces, but we can finish them in about 2 weeks for those in a hurry. Please feel free to consult with us.
- Perfect for beginners!
- We provide guidance on items anyone can make, such as teacups and bowls, so beginners can feel at ease. Using an electric potter's wheel results in a thin, light, and even finish. Please come and experience creating works that combine a handmade feel with practicality. Our instructors will provide careful support to match your vision.
We can also produce paulownia wood boxes. (Additional charges apply)
Pottery clay has a warm feel... Porcelain clay is strong and durable.
You can even write letters on it. Why not incorporate your feelings of "thank you" into your artwork?
