The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.

A group can be formed with 1 or more members, and each group can have a maximum of 44 members.

The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group.)

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day.

* (Children between 85cm and 120cm tall can share a Luge with an adult; those 65 years and older can only ride the aerial cable car.)* If time permits, a second Luge experience is available at an additional cost.

We will depart as scheduled despite the rain.

The seaside bikes are for 4 people per bike. The guide will allocate bikes according to the number of people on the day. If you require a 2-person bike for yourself or a 4-person bike for 3 people, please inquire with us about the relevant additional charges when booking.

The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the situation on the day. The decision rests with the organizer, and the company cannot be held responsible or provide compensation in such cases.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities before considering any activities included in or offered during the tour. In the event of accidents caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances resulting in bodily injury or death, our staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide assistance to the best of their ability; our company and its members bear no responsibility for any damage or injury suffered.

The tour fee includes admission tickets to all attractions. Guests can purchase tickets separately for facilities or experiences within the park that require additional fees.

Each customer on a one-day tour receives a bottle of premium deep-sea water from South Korea.

A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the scheduled meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp, WeChat, or Line. Please take note!

Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and drinks, guests cannot select them on-site. We apologize if we cannot meet the needs of all customers. If you have special needs, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare them yourself, as we cannot accommodate all requests. This offer does not apply to children who do not occupy a seat and whose tour fee is waived.

If there are children under 36 months old who do not occupy a seat in the group, the children's passports must be brought and presented to the attraction staff for age verification if necessary.

We will specially arrange to provide each guest with a complimentary selection of bread/cake for breakfast. *Please understand that the quantity and variety of breakfast options are limited and cannot be selected.

The itinerary's attractions and return arrival times may be adjusted based on the traffic conditions of the day, and guests are not entitled to claim compensation or refunds for this reason.
