Participant age: 6 to 70 years old
What to wear and bring: Lunch, swimsuit, change of clothes, socks, quick-drying shirt and tights (rash guard or fleece, etc.: wear under the wetsuit), shorts (wear over the wetsuit to protect your buttocks) ▼ Useful items to bring: Swimming goggles, waterproof camera, gloves, and a little energy for when it really counts.
Rental equipment: ・Helmet (a water sports-specific model with a unique design that prevents water from dripping onto your face) ・Wetsuit (usually 3mm thick, but we use a 5mm suit to ensure warmth) ・Life jacket (7.5kg buoyancy, so you can safely dive, even if you can't swim) ・Canyon shoes (featuring the latest "Aquastealth" sole, so you can feel safe even on wet rocks) ・Harness (safety belt)
