What to wear and bring: ・Swimsuit We recommend a close-fitting type. If you don't have a swimsuit, underwear is fine, but don't forget to bring a spare pair! ・Food and Drinks A 500cc water bottle is fine. ・Shorts Wear these over your wetsuit. Any material is fine as long as they're durable and won't slip off easily. (If you don't have shorts, you can rent them on site for 500 yen.) ・Backpacks that you don't mind getting wet One for every 1-4 people should be enough. ・Towels to dry off after the activity. Leave these in the car. ●Things you might want to bring: ・Underwear (top and bottom) - quick-drying dry shirt, leggings or tights This will make changing into your suit easier and will also help keep you warm. ・Gloves To protect and warm your hands. Neoprene, such as that used for diving and fishing, is warm. Work gloves or work gloves are also acceptable. ・Socks Effective for preventing blisters and keeping warm. Tabi socks or five-finger socks. ・Sandals Convenient for when you need to change clothes.
Rental equipment: Wetsuits, helmets, headlamps, and shoe rentals are included in the participation fee. Shorts can be rented on site for 500 yen without prior notice. Waterproof backpacks can be rented for 500 yen with prior reservation.
