If a restaurant is temporarily closed, it will be replaced with a restaurant of similar standard. If a visit to an attraction is impossible due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, a nearby attraction will be provided as a substitute. If a meal is included, a refund or an equivalent meal will be negotiated between both parties in good faith.

The type of vehicle used for carpooling depends on the number of passengers and may be a van, minibus, or bus; it cannot be specified.
If the trip cannot proceed due to insufficient participants (or reasons related to the travel agency), a full refund will be issued through the original payment system. You will be notified whether the tour has been confirmed no later than seven days before the start date of the trip.
