Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the tour may not be held depending on the wind, waves, and weather.

Reminders
Participant age: 7 to 100 years old
What to wear and bring: Swimsuit, towel, shoes that can get wet, copy of insurance card. *For those who cannot bring shoes that can get wet, rental boots are available (525 yen).
Rental equipment: Stand-up paddleboard rental membership allows you to rent a full board up to eight times a month for 6,480 yen per month. (Please contact us for details on membership.)

Exit the Yokohama-Yokosuka Expressway at Zushi IC, then take Zuyo Shindo → National Route 134 → Zushi Beach Parking Lot (Nishihama Prefectural Parking Lot).
Approximately 10 minutes from Zushi IC.
3-minute walk from the prefectural parking lot.
By train:
10-minute walk from JR Zushi Station or Keikyu Shin-Zushi Station.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
