Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: If you are coming by car on the day of the tour, please let us know the number of vehicles. *Please note that if you do not inform us, we may not be able to provide parking. If you are coming from a long distance, traffic congestion is expected, so please allow plenty of time to get there. *If you are late on the day of the tour and it affects other customers, your tour will be cancelled.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- *In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances at our discretion, no cancellation fee will be charged. (We will contact you by approximately 6 PM the day before the tour.)
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - Credit card payments are accepted only in advance; on-site payments must be made in cash or via PayPay. - Travelers from overseas are requested to make online payments. - Children's rates apply to elementary and junior high school students. - Children under elementary school age require consultation. - We reserve the right to refuse tour participation if you are intoxicated. (This will be treated as a cancellation.) *Late arrivals on the day of the tour will be considered a cancellation if they affect other customers.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
