While the rice is cooking, we will prepare the fillings: shrimp tempura, grilled salmon, pickled plum (umeboshi), tuna, and edamame. After sterilizing the onigiri molds and spatulas, we will start making the onigiri. You will make 5 onigiri while receiving guidance on the best techniques. You can enjoy 2 of your freshly made onigiri on-site while taking in the view of Tokyo Bay. The rest are yours to take home. You can also keep the tools you used, such as the molds and spatulas, as a souvenir! 10% of the fee collected will be donated to organizations such as the Red Cross.
