- 05:50Meeting and check-in. Meet our staff at the Katsuura Marine Harbor meeting point for check-in.
- 06:00Changing clothes and tour explanation. We will explain the tour and provide the safety equipment listed below. Please wear them as instructed by the staff. For boat tours, we provide high-quality waterproof gear and boots free of charge. (For guests aged 10 and over, height 150cm and over) Please note that while we have various sizes available, they may not be a perfect fit. Life jackets must be worn at all times while on board in accordance with Japanese law. (Free rental) Important: Under 10 years old For children under 10 - We do not provide gear or footwear, so please ensure your child is dressed in warm, sturdy, waterproof clothing. Please refer to the image below.

- Please note that the tour may be canceled due to weather conditions on the day (no cancellation fee will be charged). Please note that we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses or other expenses if the tour is canceled after you arrive at the meeting point.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
