- Question 1: General vehicles are prohibited from entering the area beyond the Meotobuchi free parking lot. Please come by shuttle bus (9:30/10:30) or hike (90 minutes). Reservations are required for the shuttle bus. Please let us know if you would like to use it.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Daytime bathing is not available on closed days.

From Utsunomiya IC: Take National Route 119 for approximately 15 minutes → Take National Route 121 via Imaichi IC for approximately 20 minutes → Kinugawa Onsen via Prefectural Route 23 for approximately 50 minutes → Kawamata Dam via Prefectural Route 23 for approximately 30 minutes → Meotobuchi Free Parking Lot
Parking spaces: 80 cars. Large buses are not permitted.

From Shinjuku: Take JR (Spacia Limited Express) for approximately 120 minutes
From Asakusa: Take Tobu (Kinu/Kegon Limited Express) for approximately 120 minutes → Kinugawa Onsen via Nikko Municipal Bus for approximately 100 minutes → Meotobuchi Free Parking Lot

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
