Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • If the tour is canceled due to a typhoon or poor sea conditions, we will contact you by phone or email. It may not be possible to make a judgment without checking the sea conditions on the day. In such cases, we will contact you at the last minute. Please note. It is possible to change the tour date and time during your stay. (It may not be possible to change during high season.)

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • Please note that people with respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, pregnancy, liver problems, hangovers, or who have been drinking alcohol on the day of the tour will not be able to participate in the tour.

Reminders

  • Participant age: 3 to 65 years old

  • What to wear and what to bring: [Clothing] Please wear clothes suitable for swimming. If you are concerned about sunburn, please wear leggings or a rash guard. [What to bring] A drink (please make sure to bring one), a towel, and a change of clothes. *If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie or something to tie it up. *For women: Please refrain from wearing makeup. (It is not good for the marine environment and it is difficult to remove if it gets on the equipment.) *Please use sunscreen that is gentle on the coral reefs. If you don't have one, please let your guide know. We will lend you one.

  • Rental equipment: Complete set of snorkeling equipment (mask, life jacket, fins, etc.)

  • Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

  • Minimum number of participants: 1 person

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
